a psychological space
People often come to psychotherapy informing me of their diagnosis, their need to manage mental health disorders such as Depression, Anxiety, P.T.S.D, or some other condition. Others have suffered trauma or difficulties within relationships or careers. I work to understand each unique human being I see. Often, I find myself creating a space for people who are struggling to deal with uncertainties in life or the changes life brings, or assisting an individual to better understand themself, their unique strengths and challenges. They may be facing regret or existential questions.
‘Not everything that is faced can be changed, but nothing can be changed until it is faced’. James A. Baldwin
